Breaking Ground on Your Custom Home Founder, Rick Carr – owner and president – is well known throughout the local custom home building community. Since 1986, the strengths of Rick’s established company have helped his clients realize their home building expectations. Located in Windermere, Florida, Sunscape Homes has extensive experience in the construction of unique luxury homes. Sunscape brings to your project a strong reputation for client service and an unequaled understanding of the custom home building process. • Past president of the Master Custom Builders Council, an invitation only group of the top custom home builders in Central Florida
• Recipient of the Master Custom Builder Council “Builder of the Year” award
• Winner of several First Place Parade of Homes Awards presented by the Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando
• Recipient of the Grand Aurora Energy Award presented by Progress Energy Florida for building the “Health House” in conjunction with the University of Central Florida, the Florida Solar Energy Center and the U.S. Department of Energy
• Chaired the Master Custom Builders Council fund raising committee raising monies for community projects including Give Kids the World Village, Children’s Home Crisis Nursery, Winter Park Day Care Center and the Orlando Day Care Nursery.
